I was looking at some video from my first day at Full Throttle Fitness Systems and where I am today and was just BLOWN AWAY!!

I have always worked out, and thought I was in good shape, but I’m in awe over the transformation my body has gone through in just 6 weeks. I have done both personal training and boot camp workouts at Full Throttle Fitness Systems and they’re both AMAZING!!! I am so thankful for the work and encouragement I get from BJ and Kori!! I always thought that a trainer had to yell at you and be mean to get you to push harder!!

NOT TRUE!!! BJ does not by any means let me sell myself short, but he does it in an encouraging, self
motivating way!! He gets in my head to make ME push myself to the limits! I will never go back to a “regular” gym again.

It WORKS!!!

I have been going to Full Throttle for three months now and I have to
say it has been a great experience. This was the first time I was with
a trainer and was a little unsure of what to expect. I was overweight
and out of shape and needed to get back on the right track. BJ and Kori
have been, since day one ,very knowledgeable in helping me get back
into the shape I need through exercise and nutrition. Their gym is no
nonsense. No fancy machines and no TVs. You go there to sweat and to
get stronger. Each day there is a different routine put on the board
for us to do ( which is funny because the first thing everyone does
when they come in is look on the board to see the workout) so the
workouts are never boring or repetitive. BJ and Kori always make sure
that I am doing the exercises properly so that I get the proper
benefits from them and don’t injury myself. After three months I would
have to say that Full Throttle Fitness Systems has exceeded my expectations
and is at a point now where I look forward to the workouts and enjoy
the company of BJ and Kori. Great job guys!!

Thanks Guys!

Bj and Kori are a great team! they are hard and push you but remain
very personable and enjoyable. I like the mix of regular workouts and
kettlebells! This bootcamp is great for any
fitness level and any age because it is easily modified for beginners
or pros. I have steadily lost inches and pounds and increased muscle
all over and am still eager to go to class everytime and see what is

I Want More!

I drove 8 hours to find an RKC II personal trainer. I had been training
myself with my kettlebells, a book and a couple of videos for about 4
months, but wanted to learn better techniques. BJ was fantastic and I

I knew I needed help from an expert to start an exercise regimen that was safe and also fun for me to continue with on my own. Kori designed a challenging custom workout program for me, that I have been working on for a couple of weeks. So far, the program has been great!

Kori explained to me why it was not necessary to spend three hours on a workout program. I am able to get through my entire workout in about an hour. I am right in the middle of an herbal cleanse made by AdvoCare, all I can say without too much detail is; it feels good to be cleansed!

I used to try to eat as healthy as possible, but never really saw any great results. Kori introduced some basic nutrition guidelines to go by and I love them too! I rarely feel hungry, and I have tons more energy than ever before, and also have lost 5 pounds. I am so thankful for all of Kori’s advice, and cannot wait to share more of my continued success!!

Over the years I have been involved in many forms of resistive training, from competitive bodybuilding to sport-performance enhancement, including Olympic Weightlifting.

From endurance athlete to bodybuilder and back to ultra-distance Triathlete, I find KB training to be the most effective and time efficient method of resistance training. My sustained muscular power output and strength-endurance has been re-invigorated! The chronic back issues that plagued me in the past are a distant memory. As an expert in human performance and athletic rehabilitation, the proof is in the biomechanics of it all, I just hesitated for some unknown reason. Just came back from a fabulous intro to kettlebells with B.J. Bliffert, RKC (bj@impactyourfitness.com) in Waukesha, WI. I wondered if I would be dealing with a big-muscled iron pumper, since that was not my goal. I am a student of Karate and Yoga, and was looking to improve my functional strength, not build bulk. B.J. turned out to be very knowledgeable about good form, function, and strength. He quickly but carefully put me through a series of introductory exercises with kettlebells. What a workout!

It helped a lot to have an instructor who is not merely proficient in the exercises, but knew how to explain the rationale behind the exercises and how to tailor them to specific needs. I’m hooked!
